Earlier this week, I was listening to a podcast about personal and professional development. In the podcast, the leader was talking about how a lot of people don't feel supported. I get it. I know there are a lot of people who don't feel supported, and I have been one of them at times. I could probably write a book on all the people who never supported me, much less a single blog post. Instead, I decided to write about people who did support me, so you can see how to find people who really support you. One of the first people who comes to mind is a friend of mine from college. He and I spent a lot of time together, probably thousands of hours. When I was discouraged from applying to law school as an undergraduate, I had to figure out what I was going to do with my history degree.
